Shipping policy

​Domestic shipping:

All orders are packaged and handled within 24 to 36 hours. Fuego Collection offers standard shipping at the checkout only, however, you will receive your order in the next 5-10 business days.

International shipping:

Products are shipped to all international countries.

Please understand that international shipping requires a longer time frame in order to ship and potentially at a higher cost. 

Fuego Collection ensures all international orders will be handled and shipped within 24-36 hours of being placed.

 

All international deliveries may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes and other charges. These are all the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these charges, they must be paid by yourself in order for you to receive your package and have it clear through customs.

 

Fuego Collection is not responsible for any of these charges. If you refuse to pay these additional fees, your package will be sent back and you will be refunded the cost of your order, minus any extra shipping charges incurred by Fuego Collection from the carrier.
